Little android problem...

I rooted my phone a while ago, everything was working fine, then I accidentally installed an ICS update. Now it wont turn on for more then a few seconds, then shuts down, then said "Failed to boot 2 Starting RSD Mode" and just shows the turning on picture. Doesnt do anything. Any suggestions?
