Little green dots... help

Hey everyone this morning I turned on my note 4 to find little green dots on the screen in random places. I rebooted the phone and most of them went away but there are still a few hanging around the very top of the screen. I took a screen shot that I will attach, and the fact they show up in the screen shot kind of eliminates the (dead pixel) theory. Anyone know what these are or how to fix it?

Then unfortunately it probably is the display panel. I wonder if it's temperature related, pointing to a possible connection issue.
