Little Issue with ROM manager

So I was messing around with some ROMs so I did what I would normally do back up my current ROM then download the new one and flash it clearing everything only problem is that it wont restore my back ups none of them will back up it says something like the system.img file was not found or something like that, it wont restore

HELP please what do I do.

Sounds like your backups got corrupted for some reason.

That is why I never use ROM Manager, always seems like something out of no where creeps up and screws up something....

I stick with using manual boot into CWM recovery, actually I use TWRP recovery and things work great.
