local wifi and 4g data together

i want to use my wifi for close range connection to my digital camera and at the same time stay connected to ATT's 4g network for cloud uploading.

Is this possible?

Is this possible?

What you really need is either upload to cloud *over wifi* or put the phone in Hotspot mode (makes it own wifi signal) and connect the camera to that. Make sense?
