I have a Nexus 4 and Nexus 7. On my Nexus 4, in Google Settings (found in the app drawer), I go to Location, turn on Access location and have Location Reporting and Location History both on. That way I can view my history on my computer.
On my Nexus 7, I do not want the Location History turned on. However, if I leave Access location and Location Reporting on and Location history off on my Nexus 7 and go back to my Nexus 4, Location History gets turned off.
I thought those settings should be device specific, but it doesn't seem to be. Is this how it is intended to work or is this a bug?
With Location History turned on on both devices, when I look at my location history on the web it is all messed up. I see it bouncing between my home (where my Nexus 7 is) and work (where my Nexus 4 is).
