Lock and block

Doesn't anyone have an app that will lock apps and block calls in one app, or at least that will work together?

I can find call blockers, and app lockers, but not both by the same dev.

I want to lock apps I can't log out of on the phone - Market, Gmail, Messaging.

I also want to block telemarketers and unwanted spam texts. I can reject calls, but not text.

I do have apps that others can look at. I have birding, astronomy guides that I would like to share.

I also would prefer no themes or screensavers. I use my own wallpaper.

Phone is rooted.
