Lock button not registering?

Does anyone else's lock button not work sometimes? It's been happening a lot lately.. Usually it'll work with one press, sometimes I have to press it over and over again or wait a few minutes til I can unlock the phone again and my phone freezes once in a while too, as well as it randomly shutting down once in a while :/

I feel like I should ask At&t to send me a new phone, but I don't want a refurb -_-

Dont have that problem. Maybe a factory restart? If not, you might have to get a replacement.

I agree. Try the factory restore. Otherwise you are going to have need the exchange. Don't worry about the refurb devices while you still have the chance to get a lemon it is far likely that you will get a device that is as good as new.

Yeah, I've had plenty of refurbs, I just didn't want one now, cause I've only had this phone for almost 2 months. But oh well, I'll probably call at&t tomorrow
