lock icons, widgets in place

Once I have the icons and widgets where I want them, is there a way to keep them locked in their place...so that I don't accidently move them to delete or somewhere else?

Using stock touch wiz launcher not that i'm aware of.

3rd party launchers usually have the option to lock the home screen and also make a back up of your home screen and settings.
