lock screen clock delay

Has anyone had an issue with the big clock on the lock screen being a second or two delayed from the clock in the upper right? Sometimes when I turn my phone on it 5akes a second or two to adjust its time to march the actual time of the clock in the notification bar.

that would seem possible and likely because the phones asleep and the clock update would be affected. couple seconds does not seem like much

Its not much, its just when I hit it in the morning I have to remember to wait since thats not the actual time. Haha

This actually is very annoying. I understand that 2-3 seconds doesn't seem like that long, but as the OP stated when you wake up in the wee morning hours and look at your clock it says 2:15am and then you're all happy until it flips to 5:15am (the actually time).... it is a big let down!

Is there anyone who has advice on a fix?

It seems to be app dependent. Minimalistic Text has the delay for me but DashClock doesn't.
