Lock screen clock sometimes shifted and only a restart can fix it

So I know that you can have lock screen options and be able to swipe left and right, however I have it all turned off but my clock sometimes still gets stuck like this.

Only restarting will fix this. Any ideas why this happens?
I've got an S8+ on ATT.

Is that a theme or just wallpaper? If a theme, does it do that with a different one? That is weird. Like the pic though.

Just a wallpaper. Don't really use themes.

Okay, I thought if a theme maybe it was defective.
