I got the new alcatel yesterday, it's a wonderful phone so far, but I'm having issues with the lock screen pattern, I can't disable it anymore, it's been disabled by the administrator or credentials storage on that phone, how can I fix that , and does the phone being encrypt have something to do with it?

I've tried that but it looks like it didn't work, maybe I should turn my phone off and on? Maybe that'll do something.
