Lock Screen Weather as a Widget?

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the lock screen weather as a functioning widget in the regular home screen?

Samsung included the time from the lock screen as a widget, but not the simple 4x1 weather. Basically I'd like to set it up so the clock and weather don't change when going from lock screen to home screen. (not a big fan of the stock weather widget)

U have to make sure your gps is on, and also u can just drag the weather/time widget to the home screen.

if u want to take it out of the lock screen u have to go to settings
