I've been trying to add widgets on the lock screen but I'm wondering if it's even possible. I've gone through all the settings but can't seem to find it.

Sense Lollipop removed it.

correction lollipop removed that has nothing to do with sense.

When I went from 4.4.4 to lollipop on my nexus I noticed it was gone but after going through 5 and 5.1 it's really not missed lol

Sense kept the grid recent apps even though Lollipop only has cards. It was a choice not to provide that feature in Sense. That's the whole point of having a skin in the first place.

Actually you can toggle which one you like more uploadfromtaptalk1428355025030.jpguploadfromtaptalk1428355036514.jpg

As I mentioned earlier stock Android removed that feature in lollipop that's why it's gone now, not Because HTC didn't add it to sense 7

I never said HTC removed the Grid. Thankfully they kept it. That's what I am saying. Just because Lollipop does things a certain way doesn't mean the Android skin has to comply, so HTC Sense kept the grid as an option. If a XDA ROM can bring back certain features like lock screen widgets why couldn't HTC keep it in Sense. It is their interpretation? I prefer things about the previous lock screen in general.

I understand, the problem is that Android removed the feature because of the new notification center

Oh ok. Has anyone tried using another notification app like Floatify? I tried using it after lollipop and it couldn't seem to override the Android default.

Has this question been answered? If i understand correctly, you can no longer have lock screen widgets or different pages for the phone when it is locked. Is there a way around this? If not, WHY on earth would they remove this feature? I loved having widgets on my locked screen
