Hello everyone, a friend of mine just ran into a challenge on his Samsung Galaxy A-11. Previously he was using a four-digit PIN (numbers only) for locking the screen (no problem with that), then he switched to using a password consisting of letters only. After that, he restarted phone only to see it requesting for the PIN instead of the password. We're now baffled as to why the phone is asking for the PIN when he clearly/successfully switched to using a password. Now he's locked out of his phone (PIN accepts only numbers ad my previously used PIN is also being rejected) and I'm scratching my head for a solution. Your help will be highly appreciated.
