Locked out of my phone from pie update

Locked out of my Samsung Galaxy note 8 after the recent update to pie ,never had a password for it and now it won't let me in ,how screwed am I??

Yeah, we need more information. At what point are you locked out, when booting up the phone it asks for a pin or password?

Have you tried the password for the Google account?
