Locking bootloader

Hi all, question for you. since I'm unlocked and rooted on my phone, I have me to care on my laptop for relocking the bootloader however would that make me lose my hacked features such as iOS emoticons? I would like to use Android pay but I'm curious by relocking the bootloader down with that make me have to hard and wipe my phone at the same time? Thanks for getting back to me.
