Can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean you want the unlock slider to be on the lockscreen? Or do you mean you want a shortcut on the homescreen that takes you to the lockscreen?

If you want your lockscreen to be the unlock slider, go to Settings/Security/Screen lock, and select Slide.

If you want a shortcut on the homescreen that takes you to the lockscreen, try an app like Power Toggles.

I want to be able to slide the lock button (bottom center of pic) left,right,up, and down to toggle different functions.

Oh, I see. Can't do it with stock Android. As suggested above, try Widget Locker.
