Lockscreen Widgets + Moving Apps to SD

Hi guys,

I have a few problems with my SGS4 running 4.3. Everything is stock, just few active wallpapers (by samsung) downloaded, and a dashclock + a few apps (mostly from store). Non-rooted. First problem is that I cannot add widgets on lockscreen. I have multiple widgets enabled, but when I try to swipe to the page with the + sign, the clock just tilts but it doesn't take me to another screen. I tried to set the shortcut for Camera or Favorite apps (you know like when you swipe to the side the camera launches) on the lockscreen but that doesn't work as well. Is that a bug? What should I try? I had this set and it worked perfectly on 4.2.2 (or 4.2.1? I don't remember what I had), then the phone was back in the shop for repair (swollen battery and a few other issues) and they returned it to me with 4.3.

Another problem is that when I try to move my apps to the SDcard, the phone acts like it's moving something, then shows that the app size on SD but that's all. It doesn't move anything, I checked the sdcard in astro and PC and nothing was moved there, the obb stays in sdcard0/Android/obb. The Android folder on the SDcard doesn't even have an obb folder (just data). The SDcard is OK and works with the phone (for music, photos etc.)
- This part is just for a better illustration of my issue - When I tried to install a downloaded apk, I moved the apk to the SDcard and the obb to extsdcard/android/obb (I created the obb folder, it wasn't there by default). I installed the apk but when I tried to play it it just crashes. Then I moved the obb from the extsdcard to the sdcard0/android/obb (the obb folder was there by default) and the game worked fine. When I tried to move the whole app to the SD via Settings, it did act like it was moving something but nothing was really moved. Then when I moved the game's obb from phone to SD (the one which I've moved from PC to SD and from SD to Phone) the game stopped working again.

This problem occurs with both downloaded apps and apps from the store. Also, when I remove the SD from the phone, the apps that are (or the phone thinks that are) on the SD become unavailable (as it should be, the problem is that the app is physically on the phone not on the SD).

I'm sorry if I made it too complicated, I just wanted to share all my knowledge about this so you have a better image of what's troubling me.

Thanks for your feedback

OK so I solved the widget problem by doing Factory reset, but the phone still fails to move the apps to the card.
