Updated using Wi-Fi but it was stuck for more then 21 hrs with "black screen background with Android Logo running with the words Android Upgrading' ...with continuous Auto Restart & Auto Reboot with Android upgrading ...no way for you to shut down ...it will continue till the battery flat... After full 100% full charged, press start button, still having the same problem. Even after take out the SIM Card + External Storage Card + Battery & only putting back in the Battery still facing same problem. Sent to Samsung Customer Service Center for factory reset, it only last for 5 days and the phone suddenly auto restart/auto reboot with Android upgrading thou I didn't update/push for any software installation ...any one else facing the same problem as mine ?
