As far as I know, soak testing is only done by Motorola.

Other companies might do informal soak tests where they release the update to a limited number of random recipients, then wait to see if any bug reports start to come in. But it's probably not an official policy.

I haven't gotten the update yet I wonder y I haven't gotten it yet.. I hope I will get the update soon. Let me know if u have gotten the update yet thanks

I got a update! Although it was a small one and had basically no change to the OS experience at all except the update settings in my phone were redesigned.
