Lollipop Missing your Carrier?

After upgrading I found that my carrier is not listed anymore on the pull down menu. It was particularly helpful on kitkat when I needed to monitor my roaming network data usage, but now it's gone and I have more steps to verify it.

Anyone find the same problem and/or a fix or work around? It's been a pain, but I'll live if I must...
