Lollipop + Pioneer head unit bluetooth issues

Just recently upgraded to Android Lollipop on my Galaxy S5, now when I play music from my phone, or Pandora the artist/song info doesn't show up on the Pioneer AvicX930BT screen anymore, and I cannot change songs via the Steering wheel control anymore either. Anyone else have this issue, or a solution? Thanks

Bluetooth is a pipe, not a specification for what goes through it. Evidently something changed in Lollipop, and Pioneer has to come up with an update to match it.
