lollipop update

I live in ireland and have a note 4 and still haven't received the lollipop update has anybody got answers as to why?

That's just the way OS updates work on non nexus android devices. You get it when you get it. Unless you want to flash the update yourself you'll have to wait until it's pushed out.

I have note 4 verizon and because I'm using it with a non verizon sim I can't get the Ota update.
