Assuming Samsung finishes up with their tweaks to Lollipop soon (looking like it based on some videos that have been released), think it's going to take the carriers another couple of months at least to muck around and stick their fingers into the build. So, I'm guessing March for most carriers (including Verizon, but that'll be March 2016).
