Long-Press Menu Missing "Map" & "Call."

On my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, running Android ver. 9, when I Long-Press on a phone number or address the popup menu doesn’t show the option to call (number) or to map (open Google Maps for address), but displays all the other options (Copy, Select all, Web Search, Share…).

Ideas?

Did this just start or have you been having this issue?

Where are you seeing these items and trying to long press on them? In what app?

Is it always like this or does it some times work?

Does it happen in Chrome or the Samsung Browser?

What is your work around when this happens?
