Long-term performance

Nope. Mine is performing better since the Lollipop update. Both in terms of battery life and general zippiness across the OS

Have you noticed that when going from an app to the home screen, the transition animation doesn't fully complete? And vice versa? Apart from that, no other major issues :)

Nope. I get the whole animation. But I did change mine to 0.5x speed, so that might be why. You can change it in settings > developer options

I've tried both 0.5x and 1x. It still sometimes will just go to the home screen without a smooth transition.

Battery life post lollipop has not been good for me. I used to average 32 hours per charge... now I'm only getting 16. I think something is running in the background in lollipop that wasn't in kit kat. I just haven't found it yet.

Nope. My note works fine. I had an issue with my wifi, but it wasn't an issue from lollipop. It was my home wifi.

My Note 4 is the working the best it's ever been under Lollipop. Battery life is outstanding and the phone is just as fast as it was on day one when I started it up for the first time.

Other than a few minor hiccups here and there, my note 4 Is still fast every after a few months with it.

No problems here on KitKat 4.4.4! Have had mine since Nov. 2014 and love it as much or more as the first day I got it!

My Note 4 is running extemely well. I do have an issue with Flipboard caused by the memory leak in Android 5.0.1 but that is an OS issue that will be fixed in the near future.

When do you think the note 4 will get 5.1?
