Looking at asus zenfone2 deluxe SE, questions about "OS skin"

I am looking at getting the zenfone2 deluxe special edition with 128gb+128gb. I was wondering can you turn off the "special edition" red skin and just have the normal Zen UI skin? I am not a big fan of the red/black theme but love the look of the carbon fiber, and extra storage the SE has to offer.

any thoughts on this?

EDIT: I do not want to root/crack/etc my phone. I have done that in the past and it leads to issue most all the time.
