Looking for a contact Manager

I have a program on my PC that doesn't have a companion Android app. But it can create a *.csv file of its' contents. I'm looking for an Android app so I can transfer some of my contact data to my Galaxy. Any recommendations? Thank you.

If you're not averse to using your Google Contacts, then you should be able to import that CSV file to your Google Contacts on your computer. Once the contacts are in your Google Contacts in the cloud, they should immediately sync with your contacts app on the phone (assuming you have it set to sync your Google Contacts). https://support.google.com/contacts...sktop#zippy=,from-a-file,from-a-gmail-account
