Hello, I was wondering if someone has the official VM stock kernel as a flashable file, I want to try running harmonia 2 and/or mirage, and I have a clockwork backup of my stock rom I made before I started customizing it, but the one thing I haven't been able to find is a backup of the stock kernel itself.
I don't want to mess with my phone unless I have this, because I have had bad results with custom kernels on other phones, and I want to be able to restore to something I know works.
Is there a way to extract the kernel from my phone as a flashable file without using ADB? (never got that to work, my computer doesn't recognize my phone even with the usb drivers and sdk installed) - or can I extract it from the clockwork backup files?
And in the event that this isn't possible and no one has a truly stock kernel file, if I flash a custom kernel and rom and then revert to my full clockwork backup, will that replace the kernel as well as the rom files?
Thanks for your help, everyone.
