Looking for a great in ear set with mike

Hi

I am looking for a great in-ear headset and I hope you guys can steer me in the right direction ^^.
I have been looking around , but most in-ears with great reviews work with Iphones only (mike wise) .

what I am looking for:

- With mike and buttons to go with my sony xperia z2.
- Price range up to ?350.
- No wind while I am cycling, so suitable for sports, cycling , running
- 'natural' sound pls, I have a broad taste in music

Any tips would be appreciated.
