Looking for a new 7-8" tablet

I currently have a 2012 Nexus 7 16gb WiFi only tablet. It was great, when it was new. I mainly use it for reading, Netflix, journaling, Plex, and web browsing, but it currently requires a reboot constantly, and often just hangs. As the device isn't used in any major sort of way I'm not looking to pay a whole lot for a replacement. The three that stand out to me are the ASUS MeMO Pay 7 (ME572c), the Lenovo Yoga 2 8" and the Lenovo TAB S8. I really want 2 gigs of RAM, and to pay no more that $230 (the Yoga 2 comes in at $229). Also nice, getting Lollipop on them through an OTA would be nice.

So I suppose the question is does anyone have any experience with either of these tablets, and am I missing one to look at?

**Edit**
I'm in a rural area so don't have a Bestbuy or equivalent to easily get to and try out. I like the 7-8" form factor for it's ease of 1 handed reading.

On paper, it looks like the TAB S8 is a great deal (It's 161 at Best Buy right now). Similar to the Yoga 2 specs, just a smaller battery. You'll probably be happier with these devices than the MeMO pad unless you're trying to fit the device in your jeans. I've tried these out when I'm just knocking around Best Buy or MicroCenter. The price is for sure there, I just prefer a bigger screen. I think every Best Buy I've been to has them. Go try them out and see what you like the best. They are 3 different form factors.

You could look at a Windows tablet too, but I know that's not everyone's walk.
