Looking for a new phone

I cracked my droid dna screen so I'm looking for a new phone right now I'm looking at the LG g2 and the HTC one

What does everyone think is the pros and cons of these and what do you recommend

Is the HTC one a significant upgrade from the dna

Is there any phones coming out on Verizon in November maybe even December that I should possibly wait for?

I think both the G2 and the HTC One are safe bets, but if it were me I'd pick the G2 between those two.
