Looking for an Android device

I'm looking for an Android device. Something that will allow me to always get the latest OS from Google.

With that, I know the OnePlus Two has been released, but do you think it is still worth buying the OnePlus One?

The OnePlus One exists in a separate fork of Android from Google's. The Nexus line would be the devices that are updated directly by Google.

So I'm better off looking at a Nexus 5? The 6 is a little more expensive...

Or maybe a Moto X?

Well I think the One Plus line will also be updated, just not as quick or from Google. If software updates are a priority nexus is the best bet. Moto was good but slipped a bit this year so I can't sy how they're going to be in the future.

Google Nexus #1 for new updates.

Motorola is probably #2. My razr M was one of the first to get jellybean and Kitkat. My 2013 Moto X got 5.1 recently. Not many othe r 2013's are on lollipop
