Looking for Android Developer

Looking for a developer to create the folloing APP.

QR Scanner APP Specifications

1. Requires email registration (send to seperate database)
2. reads all types of Codes- QR,DataM,etc.
3. has at least three buttons -
* Scan
* History
* Saved
4. When code is scanned, displays code link on phone AND creates database on my server.
5. Database records
* phonetype (android/iphone/blackberry)
* registration email
* GPS coorinates
* Date and time of scan
* Copy of data captured-source of code-URL,txt,vCard

Looking to deploy to all smartphone markets. Android first
