[AC Question]

Hi,
I have a tablet (chinese thing - V90 eken I believe) that has somehow become infected with what the system thinks is pre-loaded apps that constantly pop up ads. I've done a factory reset but they are still there. I wish to go into recovery and re-flash the system. In the "about" it seems the image I need is:
astar_y3-eng 4.4.2 KVT49L 20141111 test-keys
but I can't find it anywhere.
Any help?
