I don't think that's launcher pro beta - I only have 5 icons across the bottom and I'm running LPB

It looks like its running the ADW launcher but the icons in the dock are LPB ... If the weather widget is not Beautiful Widgets then ive seen somethingg damn close to it in Beautiful Widgets ... Has anyone found out how to take the screen shots WITHOUT rooting yet .

It is definitely Home++ Beta. The weather widget is not Beautiful Widgets I tried that last night. You can not yet take screenshots without rooting.

Yes, the launcher is definitely Home++. I just tried it out and it's a pretty neat launcher. It's not as customizable as LauncherPro, but it does have some nice features. It has a built in task manager and it also lets you take screenshots, but only of your home screen.
