Would you recommend the nexus 6 as a purchase now? I either want to try and get a new/mint nexus 6 for cheap or just spend the money and get a new 6p.

You'll see some good deals from Amazon warehouse deals. I got a new 64 GB N6 for $280 about 9 months ago.

For the money it can't be beat!! I soldine and upgraded to the nexus 6p and don't really notice anything better.

Also how is the CPU throttling with low battery? I've seen that it's quite infuriating from a few posts.

I would not touch swappa. Bought a phone and it was not delivered. Swappable would not do anything. PAY PAL finally got my money refunded. Bought 2 N6s off eBay which are great-- like new $200 and less.

That's ok. I just found out that wifi calling, which is a "must have" for me, is not supported on the N6 with my carrier, Verizon.

Why not the 6P?

I "upgraded" from a Nexus 6 to a 6P. To be honest, I am not all that impressed with the 6P. Looking on it after the fact, I'd consider it a sidegrade at best. Probably my biggest beef with the 6P is losing wireless charging.

I may end up getting a NIB Nexus 6 off ebay if the Pixel XL doesn't have wireless charging. Love my TYLT Vu.

Hasn't been an issue but I try not to let it go below 20%.
