looking to get first Smart watch...

is this a good one to start out with ? The price at BB is dirt cheap right now. whats the goods and the bads?

Yes my wife bought it for me 4 days ago. I really like it, looks good and fumctions great. Battery takes a few days it seems to calibrate but its lasting me through the day now it seems.

It's a great starter SmartWatch. Don't expect it to replace your smartphone or fitness tracker. I've had mine for about a month and I've learn to make it suit my lifestyle. It's essentially a cool watch that delivers my notifications to my wrist. It doesn't replace my phone... I'm essentially reprogramming my brain to look at my Moto 360 and not reach into my pocket for my phone (for notifications).
I also get lots of complements on how great it looks... I'm comfortable wearing it in professional and casual settings.
Most recently I've been able to tweak things so I have about 30% battery life after an 18 hour day!

I agree with the above comments. Either the Moto 360 or the Asus ZenWatch are great all- around smartwatches!
