looking to have messages come in a secret location

on my lg g4 they have a spam box where messages go if you block someone.

on the lg q6 it does not have this option.

how can i get the option back that puts the blocked messages into a file so that i can still see them if i want

You install a messaging app that does it. (Although I've never heard of that - a blocked message is just blocked.)
