No BVK3 in the UK yet. Only ZVK3. Looks like the Betas are over at last. Will check again in the morning. I need my beauty sleep!

It's 11.45hrs UTC/GMT here in the U.K.

No stable release, so far, to replace the 4th Beta, ZVK3, released on Monday.

They have been talking November\December public release so I can see beta being short. The question.. Was it short because it's such an awesome update and works flawless or was it short to meet release date promises???

I hope for the first, but I suspect the latter.

As someone who has been in software for over 30 years, and has constantly dealt with the whining, crying, pissing, and moaning of marketing and sales jag-offs... I'll give you one guess, lol.

In software we have a saying, "You want it bad, you're going to get it bad..."

I'm just glad they have good lock working with the new OS. Usually that comes 2 months later. So I'll probably update and fix the issues ..(hopefully)

Looks as though the Beta test firmware, ZKV3, has been rebranded as the stable release, BKV3.

Very true.

One of the biggest reasons that I turn updates off for awhile is that I usually lose Good Lock for months. I've been shocked, though certainly pleased, to read that Good Lock has been ready during the Beta.

Are you blocking for awhile on this one?

I'm the same reason for blocking, but with good lock working I'm not looking at blocking as much this time. I'm leaning towards letting it update

Yes, because knowing as I do the nature of software updates, I'm letting you all be my Guinea Pigs, lol.

Let you all experience all the flack that the S22 folks are seeing first.

Yes, I know, many updates go fine for many people, there are a metric truck ton of various phones with differences, etc that can cause, or not, issues... I'm still letting you all take the heat rounds since there's nothing in Android 13, or OneUI 5.0 that I care about.

Yeah , its been long time for beta users to get official software first, i hope this trend continues again for the US . When i manually checked and a software was available i was reading the software log thinking beta 5 but nope i was shocked it said official software had to read it twice

I am guessing that Samsung will release a later version than Z/BKV3 with, possibly, the December Security patch for the international models.

I would imagine they'd keep us all at parity, now that we're all running pretty much the same hardware.

My guess is we'll get this update on Monday... we'll see.
