Looping update

I don't have the device with me as it's my sister's. She said it shows an update, but all it will do is download and then it won't install. She said it's said that about 3 times already this morning. I told her to wipe the cache partition and try again. Any other ideas?

she might need to factory reset and try again. make sure she backs up all the data first.

Try cache in recovery, and make sure on good WiFi and not leave it

Thanks guys! She did the cache partition wipe and it worked. Not sure what the update was, but she said it was huge.
