Loose power plug?

Has anyone noticed that power cable when plugged into the phone can be "jiggled" around in the port a little bit?

Nobody has a power jack with some play it it? Or is it just a very snug fit that people are having?

Depends on the plug you put into it. I have about 5 different cables. The factory cable has a little play when rocked up/down vertically in relation to the phone. When I plug in other USB cables they are snug as can be.

I would not call anything "loose". Just the nature of the connectors, that's all. I think the phone connector is fine.

Yea, there is a bit of play in the charger i'm using here at work. It's an old moto charger that came with the razr2 when i got that ages ago. I think it's good also, considering i used a pen cap to push on the metal housing around the port and it didn't move at all.

mine is snug but i am using an droid 1 OEM charger

didn't feel the need to take out the tbolt charger even though i probably should have made sure they used the same voltage

It will use the same voltage, as USB is a standard that has set guidelines about voltage and other specs that must be met to get the USB label.

Its not an unusual situation. It depends on the cord you are using some fit tighter than others.
