Loosing data connection

Owning the G3 since launch and having very few if any issues I am noticing that I loose data quite often even though I show 4g with enough bars. This has started to happen more and more often with the only fix is to reboot the device. I probably never really noticed this before due to I was always on WiFi. Anyone else experiencing this?

I googled the problem and it seems to be across all US carriers reading their forums.

Yea, seems to be widespread for many users and I also haven't seen a solution.
I recommend you get it on and than off of airplane mode instead of rebooting.

When I get in the elevator to go to lunch break I lose 4g and it takes about 5 minutes or so after I get outside for 4g to come back. I came from a Moto X and didn't have this problem. I would still lose 4g in the elevator with my Moto X but I would regain it back almost instantaneously after getting off the elevator. This has been my only drawback with the phone so far. Had it for a few days now so hopefully this is the only quirk I find with it. The radios do appear to be weaker in the G3 than the Moto X though which is kind of disappointing..

Same issue here and it is starting to really be an issue. There are times when data just doesn't work. Showing 102db, but can get to a website or anything. Luckily I have WiFi that I can use, but why is it just stopping?

I guess I should say when my G3 loses 4g it still has 3g. So I don't completely lose signal but it does take longer than it should for the 4g to come back on. Like I said with my Moto X it was instantaneous where as the G3 takes several minutes..
