Losing all Bluetooth settings

Anyone else losing all Bluetooth settings after a reboot. Twice I restarted my phone and after that all Bluetooth settings disappeared.

Any 3rd party apps installed that control Bluetooth? Like apps that manage automatic Bluetooth connections?

I don't have any that do that. I can shut my phone off instead of rebooting it and no problem.

Strange. What if you boot into Safe Mode? Your phone isn't rooted, is it? Running the stock ROM?

The same thing happened to me today. Pretty sure I rebooted last night but no bt this morning.
