In the last two days my watch's battery drained. I took it off the charger at 6 am and now its. 4 pm and it's dead. any ideas?

Has this just started happening? This happens randomly to me since the last Android Wear update (on the phone, my watch hasn't received 5.1 yet) but I'm using a Moto360. A sure way to make it drain is to keep the phone out of range and the battery takes a nose dive, and nope, it didn't happen before the update. And I've had a couple days where without even looking at the watch to tell time, it drains itself in a single morning.

What watch face are you using? Have you recently changed faces or related settings?

Unless well designed, watch faces can be big battery killers.

Have you checked to make sure that it charges when it's supposed to charge? In other words when you take it off charge it should be at 100%. Sometimes mine didn't charge and I have to place it in the charge several times before it starts charging

It's charging to 100 percent and I'm using one of the watch faces that came with it.
