Losing Power on Cable Charging instead. Phone does not always fast charge

Ive been using the note 5 for 3 months now and although Im using the fast charger it does not always "Fast Charge" and on "Cable Charging" it seems to be losing power than gaining.

same here. we need to change only cable. not adaptor.

I have the same problem. My note 5 doesn't fast charge and I know its not the cable because I have 2 fast chargers here and neither one of them work.
