Losing sounds when on video and someone calls

I have a T-Mobile revvl plus whenever I'm on a Facebook video call and someone calls my number I ignore call and lose my video sounds I have to hang up video and restart

Is there something I can do

Yup, report to Facebook. It's a bug on THEIR end.
