Lost 4G LTE!

Not necessarily a Mini issue, but my 4G is gone. The icon is there, grayed out. Re-set SIM, restarted, even re-set phone. Tech support walked me through the usual resets, etc. when that didn't work, I got a new SIM at the store.

Sometimes, I get the icon in blue, looking like it's working. Still nada - no browsing, email etc.

Ideas??

Try checking for updates on the device - I'd imagine it is. Also, is this a problem regardless of location? Meaning, can you get a 4G connection elsewhere?

May be a tower issue.

An hour (?) with tech support. In the end a new SIM was all they could come up with. Happy again.
