I had mlb.com at bat 2011 on my rooted EVO 4g phone with Fresh 3.5 rom. My phone crashed and I rebuilt it. The only change I made was to update the rom to the newest version which has gingerbread instead of froyo.

I had to go to the market to re-install many apps. MLB.com at bat 2011 no longer shows when I make a search.
I went to https://market.android.com/mylibrary and it shows I purchased the app.

When I try to dl it from there, however, it says the item is not compatible with my devise.

When I go to the market from my phone it does not show up in a search.

I installed fix.apk as I was told that would make all apps show in the market but that did not help.

I wrote to MLB.com support but I have not received an answer.

Can anyone help?

You could make a nandroid of your current setup, flash a Froyo ROM, make a Titanium Backup of the app, then restore your current nandroid and try restoring the MLB app.

Thanks. I tried that and it did not work. I found there are a few other apps - like Soundhound that behave the same way.

THe apps show up in Market - under my apps - only after I installed the fix - but they will not install.

Well, mlb did write back saying they cannot help. They only suggested I contact support at Android Market. :)
