Actually scratch that, weirdly it has just started working again.
So three days of nothing then it decided to work again all on its own.
Hi, and post number one, asking for help!
My wife has a Samsung A33 which has worked fine for a year or so.
Suddenly the other day she couldn't hear anyone on phone calls. The other person could hear her, she couldn't hear them.
We tested WhatsApp calling, and it works fine we can hear other people on internet calls.
We also noticed that this only happens when the other person is on a mobile phone, if she calls, or is called from a landline, she can hear them.
It first happened when she called from her phone whilst on BT in the car, not sure if that makes any difference...we tried sitting back in the car and calling from there, tried turning off bluetooth, have turned the phone on and off lol
Its just she cannot hear other people on other mobiles...
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
